RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We shall only accept returns for incorrect and/or incomplete items after proper evaluation. For sealed products, we reserve the right to deny returns due to manufacturing issues in the product. We also reserve the right to deny returns due to a change of mind or in case of opened products.

To start a return, you can contact us at kabudolsph@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please verify your order upon receipt and inform us immediately if an item is significantly damaged, the incorrect item, or has incomplete inclusions, so that we may investigate the issue and correct it. You must offer a complete, uncut, and unedited video recording of the package opening, from unsealing the outermost box/pouch to receiving the actual item. If you do not produce the required video recording, we retain the right to dismiss your claim immediately.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as customized orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for dangerous items, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues about your specific item.

REFUNDS [ACCEPTED ORDERS]

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be manually refunded on your preferred payment method. We shall also issue refunds, without penalties, for items that are out-of-stock or are severely damaged before or during delivery from overseas to our PH address.

REFUNDS [SECURED ORDERS]

  • We reserve the right to immediately decline any request for refund for orders which are already secured by KabudolsPH.

ABANDONED ORDERS 

  • We will only allow 1 month to stock the items in our warehouse. If not claimed, items will be considered as "Abandoned Items"

  • We reserve the right to decline any request for refund for the "Abandoned Items"

  • We reserve the right to resell the items once tagged as "Abandoned Items"
